1) the first cheaper option does not come with a power adapter. You MUST have a genuine Apple 87W USB-C Power Adapter (or higher such as 96W or 140W) already, there is no power or battery warranty if you use a non-Apple adapter, or anything less than 87W.
2) the higher option includes a Genuine Apple 87W or 96W USB-C Power Adapter.
